RASCAL Proposal Trak ID Number:
the proposal number generated by the RASCAL "Processing Contracts and
Grants" module.
Its format is identical to
all other IDs assigned by the RASCAL system,
e.g.,
"AAAC1234".
Note:
it is not the protocol number generated by the RASCAL IRB module.
